Lindsey Hejlek, PT, MPT
Owner & Physical Therapist
Vestibular Rehabilitation • Dry Needling • NAET
Lindsey earned her degree in physical therapy from the University of Missouri–Columbia and has primarily worked in outpatient physical therapy. She has a special passion for vestibular rehabilitation and dry needling and travels across the country providing education and training to other physical therapists in vestibular rehabilitation.
After settling at Table Rock Lake in 2019, Lindsey became the owner of Southwest Rehab in 2022. She loves connecting with patients, helping them achieve their goals, and being part of the Southwest Missouri community.
Stephannie White, PT
Physical Therapist
TMJ • Myofascial Release
Stephannie has been a physical therapist for 29 years and has experience working in a variety of settings. She has a particular interest and expertise in TMJ rehabilitation and myofascial release and continues to enjoy learning new skills and helping each patient reach their goals.
Originally from Oklahoma, Stephannie has always loved the Ozarks and is grateful to call the area home. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, fishing, and enjoying the outdoors.
Austin Duvall, PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant
Fall Prevention Specialist
Austin grew up in the Branson West area and is proud to provide care in the community he has always called home. After serving five years in the Air Force, he completed his PTA degree at OTC in Ozark.
Austin has a special interest in fall prevention and balance rehabilitation, helping patients build strength, stability, and confidence to move safely and maintain their independence.
Outside of work, Austin enjoys spending time with his wife and children, watching football, and getting out on the golf course.
Calvin Brown, PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant
Calvin is a Branson-area native who enjoys providing care in the community he grew up in. He is passionate about helping patients reach their goals while building relationships with the people he serves.
Outside of work, Calvin enjoys spending time with his family, running, exploring the outdoors, and traveling. He also enjoys snowboarding during the winter months and experiencing new places and cultures.
Rylee Armitage, PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant
Rylee is a 2026 graduate of Ozarks Technical Community College and became a physical therapist assistant with a passion for helping others reach their goals and regain independence.
Born and raised in the area, she is proud to provide care to the community she has always called home.
Outside of work, Rylee enjoys life on her farm with her husband, her high school sweetheart.
Tina Davis
Front Office Manager
Tina brings years of medical front-office experience. She was born and raised in Southeast Missouri before moving to the area in 2016.
Tina is often the first friendly face you'll see when you walk through the doors of Southwest Rehab. With years of medical front-office experience, she enjoys getting to know patients and helping make their experience as welcoming and smooth as possible.
Outside of work, she enjoys playing billiards, singing karaoke, and making the most of life. Her goal is simple: treat people the way she wants to be treated and brighten their day.
